Awareness Campaign Concept
This campaign was inspired by the unrealistic beauty standards specifically in the Filipino community. The comment culture on weight and skin lightening have improved in Western society, however the conversation rarely exists within the Asian immigrant communities.
The goal of this campaign is to create awareness on acceptance within the community and not focusing on outer beauty more than inner beauty.
Using focus group videos, perspectives would be publicly shared to highlight that authenticity in ourselves for ourselves looks good.
